Insuladd makes paint insulate
Initial cost is not really a factor to embracing this technology advancement.

This opportunity to reduce energy usage is an investment againt the rising cost of power, and the benefits associated with reducing expenses and putting income to better use.

So, the logic is; " Why invest in insulation that only works at slowing down the heat that has already managed to transfer through the surface?

It surely makes sense to additionally invest in something that can actually reflect heat, and therefore prevent a percentage of the heat from even penetrating the surface".
Bulk insulation is a method used in buildings to slow down the passage of the heat passing through the insulation mass.

Bulk isulation is measured in R-value (its ability to RESIST the CONDUCTION portion of heat transfer)

Generally the thicker a bulk insulation, the more heat energy it is able to slow down (and is therefore is awarded a higher R-Value).

R-Value insulation is necessary. It has proved a cost effective way to slow down the loss of heat (to a degree), and it is additionally a requirement in the New Zealand building code of compliance.

We are all aware that the NASA space program did not use insulation as we think of it, as a primary protector of space craft.

The space craft did not have large amounts of puffy pink insulation wrapped around it to protect from the extreme temperatures as it hurled through space at high speeds.

What NASA evolved was a new technology capable of resisting heat by reflecting and emitting that heat away from the surface of a space craft.

The technology is complex but in laymans terms the principle involves microspheres that a combination of various insulating minerals, air vacuums and reflective gels.

This formulation is what has resulted in an advanced insulating product, proven to perform even in the most extreme of heat transfer environments.

In a spin-off partner program with NASA, David Page of Tech Traders became involved in the devoloping of the technology for the benefit of the commercial sector.

This technology transfer resulted in INSULADD®
, a product that captured the essence of the NASA microsphere technology, and which is provided commercially in a powder form.
As with most cutting edge technologies, a paradigm shift is needed.
Energy Paint works on this basis:
A Technology Development by NASA.
People actually committed to saving money will do one of two thing;

A) Some will simply read all the information and testings provided, accept the conclusions, and embrace this new and beneficial technology.
An 'energy paint' is simply a paint that contains the INSULADD® powder additive, which energises that paint to return heat back to its source.

It is this uniquely formulated additive (when combined with paint),
that silently  heats and/or cools your space, naturally, and minimises the need to run heating or cooling devices to maintain a 'comfort zone'.

Insuladd® does not have an R-value, because when mixed into paint, the paint layer is so thin that it does not have enough mass to have any R-value (resistence to heat conduction).

Insuladd microspheres act as a heat deflector, deflecting a percentage of the heat trying to leave or enter the space from even penetrating the surface (and passing through to the insulation).
Do you really want to save money?....or are you just a tyre kicker?
Get some INSULADD® today, and do one (or more) of these simple tests.....
B) Others will want to prove to themselves that the INSULADD® product actually does what it claims, and will want to do some hands-on testing to become convinced.
Add Insuladd when you next paint

One way to translate this data into something that most people who pay utility bills will understand, is to think of heat degrees escaping from the back of the box as dollars per day escaping from the family or business bank account.
The grey stripe has been painted with a 'RADIANT BARRIER' additive included.
Thermal imaging shows the 'RADIANT BARRIER' painted area as being much COOLER (because no heat is being absorbed).
This clearly shows the effectiveness of a RADIANT BARRIER (where heat waves get reflected away from  the surface area, as opposed to being absorbed by the surface and then transferred through.

An Energy Saving Paint?

A paint that returns heat energy generated back to it's source?

A product that heats or cools occupants without paying for power?

Is it possible?
INSULADD® - it's the smart investment
The energy savings achieved with Insuladd® can offset the entire cost of painting ...

...the cost of the INSULADD®,
...the cost of the paint,
...and the cost of applicating.
Most of us have and use power driven heating and cooling devices in our homes and workplaces to create the 'comfort zone temperature' we desire.

Most of us also use bulk insulation to minimise the escape of the heat or cool we have paid to create.
